• Exhibition: Explore the local independent Book +&/ Art creators at your own pace – books, prints, videos, and installations available for you to learn about art & books and the stories behind them.

• Workshops: Make your own books, arts, and stories! A variety of low-cost (£0-15) workshops & activities targeting all age groups: Storytelling, illustration, bookmaking and more.

• Book +&/ Art Fair: Face to face with local Book +&/ Art creators and buy directly from them! Bring home some books & prints that you can’t find anywhere else, and get some signatures if you’re tempted 👀

What is 'Book +&/ Art'?

This is not a typo - this festival is for 'Book +&/ Art'. We were often asked what this festival is about, but we decided not to define it. This is because we realized that so many indie creators & artists are doing incredible things that can't just be described as book or art. We don't want to label things; we want to share with you the amazing works and the local creators behind them.
